Position: General Sales Manager 

Location: Unity Balsall Common 

Reports To: Group Senior Management 

Unity Balsall Common is seeking a motivated General Sales Manager to lead our sales team and oversee the entire sales process with the Sales Team. Representing Subaru, Isuzu, KGM, and Jeep (from September), you'll play a crucial role in driving business performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and growing our dealership's success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Lead the Sales Team:** Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- **Oversee Sales Process:** Manage the full sales process, from customer engagement to final vehicle delivery, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

- **Assist in Sales:** Support in valuing part exchange vehicles, second-facing customers, and closing deals.

- **Compliance & Documentation:** Ensure all sales activities are compliant.

- **Brand Representation:** Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our diverse lineup of vehicles to the local market.

But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed.
